Post Election Thank You
The election is over - the long day was very busy and exciting. The counting kept going till midnight.
Thank you for all your support it means a lot and we greatly appreciate all who voted taking their time and coming over to Payton to cast a ballot.
We would also like to thank all the people involved in preparing this election at Payton, especially the judges, who selflessly and diligently spent the very, very long day working to make this election happen.
A side note: the LSC is not common and Chicago is quite unique having such a council with parents, students, teachers and community representatives and opportunity to have a voice in shaping our school.
Please do not forget that the LSC meetings are open to the public, and parents are welcome.
